Lion Heart Herbs Logo

This is a logo for Elwin Robinson's Lion Heart Herbs Company. I drew the separate illustrations and then it was put together by Graphic Designer Lewis Packman, who also designed the website. You can see more of Lewis' work on his website...www.lewispackman.co.uk.

Penny Black Rubber Stamps

I have been doing some new designs for Penny Black, which can be found and bought on the website...www.pennyblackinc.com!

The Tiger Who Came to Tea

'The Tiger Who Came to Tea' was one of my favourite books as a child. I recently went to an AOI event called 'Looking at Children's Books'. Judith Kerr talked about her life as an illustrator and signed my copy of the book which was really great. She also wrote and illustrated the 'Mog' books based on her own cat. Also speaking at the event was Alexis Deacon who I also admire.

Brighton Illustrators Group

I am now a member of the Brighton Illustrators Group! You can see my work on the website...www.brightonillustrators.co.uk. The last meeting I attended was a talk by Rod Hunt who is one of my favourite illustrators and the chairman of the Association of Illustrators. He illustrated 'Where's Stig' which is a great book that was a best seller last Christmas.

Oliver Jeffers

I recently went to see Oliver Jeffers in conversation with Martin Salisbury which was really fun. It was very inspirational to see him in person and hear about his life as a successful illustrator. You can see his work on this website... www.oliverjeffers.com.

MA Sequential Design and Illustration

I have recently applied to study my MA in Sequential Design and Illustration at the University of Brighton. I hope to start this September and will keep you posted! I will be specialising in illustrating books for children, which is something I have always wanted to do. If anyone knows how to find funding/loans for an MA please let me know.
